VAIVA does not offer bank transfer or cash on delivery.

All prices on www.vaiva.uk are inclusive of VAT.

Processing and Shipping

All goods are in stock and will be shipped from VAIVA within 1-2 business days. The money is withdrawn only after the goods have been shipped.

You have 30 days full return right. Customer service answers all emails within 24 hours on weekdays.

Delivery of goods from Vaiva.uk is considered to have taken place when you as a customer have received the goods.

These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from VAIVA. The conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between you as buyer and VAIVA.

Price and Payment

When paying by payment card you are always secured against misuse. You have the opportunity to reject a payment when you receive your payment overview. You have no deductible in case your card is misused in an internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.

Data you send in connection with card payment is encrypted (SSL), and only the payment provider can read it. Neither VAIVA nor others have the opportunity to read the data.

The amount for the goods is withdrawn only when the goods are shipped from VAIVA. A larger amount than the one you approved at the purchase can never be withdrawn.

Risk of the Goods

The risk of accidental destruction of the goods passes only after the expiry of the 90 days right of withdrawal.

Complaints

According to the law, a 24-month right of complaint is given on all goods. As a general rule, you can complain about manufacturing defects and deficiencies that appear no later than two years after you have received the goods, provided that the jewellery has not been misused.

In the case of justified complaints, VAIVA refunds the shipping costs you may have had in connection with the return of the goods.

Right of Withdrawal

VAIVA provides 90 days right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. You are obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You must pay the costs associated with returning it yourself.

If you have given us your consent, we use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and email address will be disclosed to our shipping company, currently Post Nord, for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

We have our webshop and payment system through DanDomain A/S, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in DanDomain's data centres.

We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
