If you would like a refund on purchased jewellery, please send your jewellery back together with your order confirmation.

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive the returned goods.

In case of defective jewellery, we will refund your postage costs.

We recommend sending returns as letter post (parcel or registered post is usually an unnecessary expense).

Replacement of Goods

There could be a number of reasons for wishing to exchange your jewellery — for example if you find a defect or the item was damaged in transit.

We apologise for any orders that fall below our usual high quality standards. In these situations we recommend requesting a replacement. At least 99% of our orders arrive in perfect condition.

If the value of the order/product is relatively low (e.g. a single defective earring or an item under £5), please contact us before sending the item back so we can find the best solution — in some cases it may not even be necessary to return the item.
